- 1. All orders have a $4.95 shipping & handeling fee.
2. All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday CST will be processed and shipped the next working day.
3. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed and shipped the next working day.
4. We only ship to the continental US.
- Returns & Replacements
- If there is a problem with the goods, please contact our Customer Services number 847-496-1715 from Monday-Friday 9am to 5.30pm If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. You must request an RMA number from IntelexUSA customer service to retun any purchased items and the RMA number must be clearly marked on outside of package.
- You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a sellable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, no credit will be given.
- If you fail to return the goods we may decide to collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
